Conference information

What is Legacy Nashville Church?
Legacy Nashville is a church community in Nashville, Tennessee, passionate about seeing lives transformed through the gospel, helping people discover their identity in Christ, and equipping them to live out their God given purpose. Founded on a love for Jesus, people, and the world around us, Legacy exists to make disciples and share the message of hope and transformation throughout Nashville and beyond. Who is Legacy Conference for?
Legacy Conference is for anyone who desires to grow in their relationship with Jesus and be equipped to impact others. Whether you're a church leader, volunteer, student, or attending for the first time, you're welcome.

Registration & tickets

Can I register at the door?
If tickets are still available, yes. However, we highly encourage registering in advance, as space is limited.
Are tickets refundable?
Yes. Conference registrations are refundable up to 30 days before the conference. After that time, registrations become non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your registration to another person.
Can my church bring a group?
Absolutely! We encourage churches to attend together. Group pricing is available — please contact conference@legacynashville.org for more information.

Schedule

What time do doors open?
Doors open approximately one hour before each session.
Can I attend only one day?
At this time, registrations are available for the full three-day conference only.
Will there be breaks?
Yes. Scheduled breaks are built into the conference each day.
Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
Yes. Your conference wristband or badge is required for re-entry.

Travel & parking

Is parking available?
Yes. Paid parking is available in nearby downtown parking garages as well as metered street parking. We are currently working to secure discounted parking rates at select parking facilities surrounding the venue. Additional details will be shared as they become available.
What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Seating

Are seats reserved?
General Admission features open seating, meaning seats are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No matter where you sit, the venue offers excellent sightlines, so every attendee will have a great experience. VIP seating is reserved on the venue floor and is located closest to the stage, providing premium access to the conference experience.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 45–60 minutes before each session to allow plenty of time for parking, check-in, security, and finding your seat. This will help ensure you don't miss the start of the session. Specific arrival instructions and registration check-in times for Thursday, October 8, 2026, will be shared with all registered attendees as the conference approaches.

Kids

Is childcare available?
Childcare will not be provided during Legacy Conference. However, we are excited to offer Legacy Kids Conference for children in Kindergarten through 6th Grade. Kids Conference tickets are available during registration.

Accessibility

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The Municipal is fully wheelchair accessible.
Do you offer accessibility accommodations?

Conference experience

Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. Conference sessions will be recorded for future digital release. Sessions will not be livestreamed.
Will there be conference merchandise?
Yes! Exclusive Legacy Conference merchandise will be available throughout the weekend while supplies last.
What should I wear?
We recommend casual or business casual attire. Most importantly, wear something comfortable for a full day of sessions.

Will food be available?
Yes. Venue concessions will be open throughout the conference.
Are there restaurants near the conference venue?
Yes! The Municipal is located in downtown Nashville, with a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, cafés, and dessert spots within walking distance or a short drive. Whether you're looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a sweet treat, there are plenty of great options nearby.

Venue policies

Are there any bag restrictions?
Yes. Backpacks are not permitted. The venue follows a clear bag policy.
What items are not allowed?
